What it does
Products come from Odoo
Prices from Odoo
The variant’s sales price in Odoo is written to Shopify. Only prices that changed are sent, and you can switch price sync off.
Stock per warehouse
You map each Odoo warehouse to a Shopify location. Reserved quantities are deducted, warehouses mapped to the same location are added up, and a variant not yet stocked at a location is activated there.
Matched by SKU or barcode
Odoo’s internal reference or barcode is matched to the Shopify variant’s SKU. A SKU used by two variants is not matched and is listed separately.
Orders go to Odoo
As sales orders
The customer is found by email or created, with the billing and shipping addresses attached. Lines go at the price paid, discounts become Odoo’s discount rate, and shipping becomes a line on the service product you choose.
Confirm and invoice if you want
Odoo can confirm the order, create its invoice and post it. You choose whether an order is sent when it is created or when it is paid.
The Odoo number in Shopify
The order’s Odoo number appears on the Shopify order page. The same order is never created twice in Odoo.
You stay in control
Scheduled or on demand
Product sync runs on the interval you choose, and “Sync now” starts it without waiting.
Past orders and retries
You can import the last 60 days of orders. Temporary errors are retried automatically, and a failed order is resent with one click.
You see what happened
Every sync keeps a detailed record. The dashboard shows the connection, the last sync and recent errors, and warns 14 days before the API key expires.
